Virtual Thomas Mann reading "Germany and the Germans
The Thomas Mann House in Pacific Palisades, a partner institution of "Thomas Mann International", the network of international Mann Houses, together with the S. Fischer publishing house has launched the initiative #MutuallyMann.
Currently, the second reading of "Deutschland und die Deutschen" is being held. The Thomas Mann Archive supports the initiative as a cooperation partner and contributes with original documents from the English language speech type script and the handwritten note sheets. In times of social distancing, #MutuallyMann offers an interactive reading experience and space for transatlantic conversation.
